The coaching I offer is for women like you, who feel the weight of responsibility and long to reconnect with what brings them joy, energy, and a sense of personal alignment. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply practical.

Through personal yet focused conversations, I help you:

Many women I work with are navigating a time of transition—career shifts, parenting demands, aging parents, health concerns, or a quiet inner knowing that something needs to change. Together, we look at what’s pulling your energy, what you’ve been neglecting (including yourself), and how to begin restoring the balance. With my support you can dive deep and look beyond surface level answers.

Coaching with me is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about creating space, clarifying your own truth, and aligning with what matters most. It’s also about feeling supported, seen, and encouraged as you begin to move forward.

How I work

I offer a safe space for personal growth, mindset shifts and meaningful change. Drawing on insights from neuroscience and the wisdom of ancient shamanic and yogic traditions, I am able to help you move past limiting beliefs, build confidence, and create a life that feels true to you.

Each session is shaped around what you need—whether that’s guided reflection, mindfulness practices, transformational processes, practical strategies, or simply a listening ear.

You’ll experience:

  • Practical support and accountability for meaningful change

  • The option to receive massage therapy alongside coaching sessions

    Many women find this combination deeply effective—supporting not just the mental or emotional layers, but also the physical tension or exhaustion that’s built up over time.

If you’re craving change, but aren’t sure where to start, I offer three simple options:

  1. From Tired to True (6 sessions)
    This is the heart of my coaching work. A powerful, structured journey that gives you time and space to peel back the layers, listen to what your body and heart are really telling you, and make changes that last. Together we uncover what truly matters, release what's been keeping you stuck, and support you to live in a way that feels more balanced, energised, and deeply aligned.

  2. Clarify & Reset (3 sessions)
    A short, focused series to help you pause and check in with yourself. We’ll clear the mental clutter, reconnect with your direction, and begin taking steps that feel grounded and doable. Ideal if you’re at a crossroads or just need a circuit-breaker to regain clarity.

  3. One-off Re-centering Sessions
    A spacious single session to help you breathe, reflect, and realign. Whether you need clarity on a current challenge, or a simple return to centre, we’ll meet you where you’re at.

Sessions are available in-person or online and typically last 75 - 90 minutes.

You’re also welcome to explore a Holistic Healing Package, where we combine coaching with therapeutic massage or fascia work to support your body and mind together.

How does holistic coaching work?

Coaching with me is a collaborative process where we explore what’s holding you back and uncover ways to move forward with clarity and confidence. I use neuroscience-based techniques, breathwork, and reflective practices to help you navigate life’s challenges and transitions, ensuring that the changes you make align with your values and support your whole being.

How is your coaching different from traditional life coaching?

I integrate body awareness, mindfulness, and breathwork into our sessions. My training combines neuroscience-based techniques with wisdom from yogic and shamanic traditions, creating a deeply holistic approach. This is not just about setting goals—it’s about aligning with your true values, releasing emotional weight, and finding a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.

Who is coaching for?

I work with women who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or at a crossroads, as well as those who are ready for change but need support in staying on track. If you want someone who helps you clarify what it is you want, asks insightful questions, cheers you on, and holds you accountable, coaching can be a powerful way to move forward with greater ease, confidence, and clarity.

Do you offer single coaching sessions? I occasionally offer single sessions to women with whom I have already developed a trusting relationship with - as, for example, my massage clients – if I feel it would be of benefit.
