I work with women in Dunedin and online who are ready to shift how they feel in their body and how they move through life.

My work combines therapeutic massage, holistic coaching, and embodied practices to support nervous system regulation, emotional clarity, and a deeper sense of inner alignment.

Rather than trying to fix anything, we work with the body and mind together so change can emerge from a more grounded, regulated place.

How I work

Sessions are tailored to you and may include:

  • Therapeutic massage to support physical release and nervous system regulation

  • Trauma-sensitive bodywork that supports safety, pacing, and nervous system awareness

  • Coaching to explore patterns, values, direction, and clarity

  • Breathwork, mindfulness, and embodied awareness practices to support presence and resilience

This integrative approach supports both body and mind — helping you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to yourself.

My work can also sit alongside psychotherapy or counselling as part of a wider support process, offering body-based nervous system regulation and embodied awareness in collaboration with other practitioners.

My approach

I bring over 35 years of experience in mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, alongside training in educational psychology, holistic coaching, trauma-informed practice, and therapeutic bodywork.

My work is grounded, intuitive, and informed by both lived experience and professional study. I understand how important it is to feel safe, met, and at ease in your own body before meaningful change can happen.

My work can also sit alongside other forms of support, including counselling or psychotherapy, as part of a broader approach to wellbeing. It offers body-based nervous system regulation, grounding, and embodied awareness that supports everyday resilience and clarity.
