I have had a problem with pins and needles down one arm and an osteopath recommended regular massages. I booked with Uschi and after one treatment the difference has been amazing, she worked around my shoulder neck and chest and I have so much relief of symptoms....very relaxing environment as well, Thank you Uschi.

Hi, my name is Jaime O’Donoghue. I am a Reservations Supervisor at a Brisbane Hotel. I want to become a Professional Musical Theatre Performer. 

Before I began speaking with Uschi I was unmotivated and had a block that I couldn’t get past. I had goals and I wanted to smash but when it came to actually doing the work involved, I just couldn’t do it and then began the cycle of me wanting to smash the goal, not doing the work then beating myself up about it. 

During Uschi’s coaching, she helped me figure out what my block was and remove it from myself permanently. Uschi kept me accountable, checked in with me and each exercise was a big step forward in improving myself and my mindset. She really tailored our sessions to me, she kept detailed notes that she would be able to refer to in order to remind me where I had started and what my goals are.

I now have a lot of motivation and can easily identify when a block might be making its way in front of my goals and can move past it. I am on a great path in my weight loss journey. I am feeling great.
